Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods do we accept?

Cash, cheques or credit cards are gladly accepted. Also debit cards and American Express cards. We kindly request that all invoices be settled at the end of a consultation or at discharge of your pet from hospital. Upon admission of your pet to hospital a deposit may be requested.

 

 

When are routine procedures performed and what do I need to do?

Routine surgeries such as sterilization of males and females or prearranged procedures are usually planned for Mondays to Fridays. Any other urgent procedures are attended to as required. If your pet is scheduled for a procedure, all accessible food needs to be removed from 8p.m. the previous night but water must be provided at all times. Bring your pet between 7:45am to 8am on the appointed morning or if you are unable to at that time then admission can be arranged for the night before.
